If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no lengthy explanations required.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The part must be unused and in its original condition
  • The part must be returned in its original packaging
  • Your order number must be included with the return

Wrong Part Ordered?

No problem. If you ordered the incorrect part, simply contact our team within 30 days and we will guide you through a straightforward exchange. — our parts team is here to help before and after purchase.


Faulty or Damaged Parts

If your part arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will arrange a free return collection and either replace the part or issue a full refund — your choice. We do not charge return postage on faulty items under any circumstances.

To report a faulty part:

  1. Contact our team within 7 days of receiving a damaged item
  2. Send clear photographs of the fault or damage
  3. We will arrange collection and resolution within 3 working days

Parts Purchased in Error — OEM and Special Order Items

No problem. If you ordered the incorrect part, simply contact our team within 7 days and we will Send you what you needed without delays straightforward — our parts team is here to help before and after purchase.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process all refunds within 5 working days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is issued.
